By using Segmento ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Segmento is a free puzzle game provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without notice.
Signing in with Google is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce puzzle content; interfere with the operation of the game or its infrastructure; misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
All puzzle designs, game mechanics, visual design, and code are the property of Goose Entertainment. You may share your puzzle results and screenshots freely, but you may not reproduce or redistribute the game itself.
Segmento is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Goose Entertainment is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in puzzle content.
We may update these terms as Segmento evolves. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
